5 Step to Get Rid of Approach Anxiety

Approach anxiety is the reason you do not go and talk to a girl if you saw here in front of you.  To able to fulfill your destiny you must first get rid of approach anxiety.

1.- Accept that you have a problem, you could not get rid of approach anxiety if you do not accept you have it.

2.- Go into yourself and figure out why you have approach anxiety. Find your inner fears, think of the worst case scenario, and convince yourself that you do not care.

3.- “Do not care about what other people think about you”. Repeat this phrase every day for a year, and every time you find yourself caring about what other people think about you.

4.-  Make fool of yourself every day for a month, make thinks people are usually a shame for. Example: Yell like if you were a tiger in front of 5 people with no apparent reason; Make duck noises in front of people. Do all this for a month, at the end of the month, approaching women won`t be difficult at all, It will be the easiest thing in the world.

5.- After the month of making a fool of yourself, start approaching 5 women a day 3 times a week for 1 year, and after that you won’t have any more approach anxiety.

I know it is a difficult journey, but long time efforts, bring better results that short time efforts, those people that claim up that they can help you to get rid of you approach anxiety in 3 days are just scammers, who can you get rid of something that is been there for 14 or more years in only days, it takes at least months, or if you are gifted it could take only weeks.
